 Donna Bain reports on her visit to the Cirencester Opportunity Group
Cirencester (UK) - On 7th June Donna Bain, HR Director EMEA at Westcon Group visited the Cirencester Opportunity Group on behalf of Comstor and the Beat the Boss Challenge. Here is Donna’s report:
“Today I had the great pleasure to be invited by Cirencester Opportunity Group to visit them and have a tour of their School. It was a great chance to meet some of the team, the children and to get a greater understanding of what they do. The pre-school is set in lovely surroundings and a perfect spot to enable the lovely staff to encourage children of all abilities to gain the best start in education. It’s not only the children that this charity support, they also help the parents from advice to practical help with things such as form filling and money management. Cirencester Opportunity Group aim for each child and their family to reach their potential and enjoy their education. I don't have any doubts that the staff constantly go above and beyond to do this."
"Companies like ours provide a lifeline to this charity as there are times when they just don't know how or where they will find the money to carry on providing the care and support they do today. It was a great privilege for me to visit them today on behalf of Comstor and I am in awe of what they do. They really couldn't thank you enough for your Support and wish you all luck in the 'Beat the Boss' Challenge.”
